I doubt March is part of Amphoreus, but both her and Cyrene got called children of Remembrance. So learning more about Cyrene could reveal more about this even is, which gives more hints to why March is so important. We at least know that Fuli pays special attention to the both of them. Maybe they are born as fully memetic entities? Unlike memokeepers like Black Swan that used to be human but gave up their bodies. Would fit with the reason BS gave for why the Garden is involved with Amphoreus as well, basically living memories.
