Artists who don't stay on model like pencils deserve not a single ounce of praise. Lauren's simple but effective style is perfect as is, this obsession with "animefying" or "furrying" the ponies in a pitiful attempt to make them look 'sexier' only ruins the aesthetic and subverts it's original appeal that makes it distinct from any other cartoon that ever existed. I hate this trend with a burning passion and legitimate feel like punching those mares in the face each time I find myself looking at their smug shit eating grins, and I'm not the type to usually find mares annoying.
