From Tsuna's perspective looks totally oniichan, but Ibaraki lot of times feels kind of romantic target. Like when she wanted to show him her swimsuit, or when she gone nuclear when Shuten implied they slept together (although one could argue it was jealous of Shuten not Tsuna)
