But this difficulty extends to KR too, yet they went ahead with full KR dubbing. KR is expected to be only 3 months behind JP server so it's not like this is a huge gap like CN.
The scenario where you now have to worry about VA availability affecting story content is literally already happening right NOW.

This excuse for JP not having full voice acting stops working the more and more you think about it.
