I've seen 1 cycles 1st half with E0S1 Phainon, a 3rd Harmony like Tingyun instead of Gallagher would probable perform better assuming you can kill the boss in 2 ults so your team doesn't die.
If you have some way of peeling Robin off your FUA team you could use her instead of Gallagher too.
