The end result of zoning abolition can already be seen in place like Seattle and California. The result is not cheap housing, but rather miles and miles of "luxury" apatments and ugly, poorly built, high density modern ikea-core apartment buildings that are packed to the brim with woke leftists and minorities who get free housing.
