Can't rule that out completely. But I think Rullo simply drew each character separately and used pictures with different art styles to trace them, then photoshopped them into one. Why he messed up the clothes is beyond me.

If you take a look at his artstation portfolio it becomes clear he can't draw faces even if his life deoended on it.
