I think they're pretty tight with benzos these days, generally you'll have to try a bunch of bullshit antihistamines, beta blockers, and SSRI's before they'll even consider it.

Nah, the only way it could hinder you is the doctor trying to blame symptoms on depression and trying to push SSRI's or not wanting to worsen anxiety with stimulants. But on the other hand, there's a lot of overlap between depression/adhd, you could spin it like maybe your ADHD symptoms cause issues with motivation, task completion, and executive functioning that make you feel bad about yourself so your ADHD looked like/caused depression, maybe the root of your anxiety is your ADHD symptoms creating self doubt and chaos and a lack of control in your life, maybe that's all 100% true and you actually have ADHD, better talk to a psychiatrist about it and see if you can get your ADHD medicated :3
The only way you're really screwed is if you have any history of substance abuse, I think it can potentially follow you to whatever doctor you see and make it pretty much impossible to get scheduled drugs.
