I'm over 30, not fat/obese
Just borderline overweight and out of shape skinnyfat perhaps.
What workout should I do to be more healthy in general?
By no means I'm looking to get shredded or look good.
I just want to age well.
I was thinking of doing SL 5x5
>squat/squat
>OHP/Bench press
>DL/Rows
>Abs/shoulder+biceps
+30 minutes of jogging
Would this do?
I will progress in weight s until I reach a somewhat safe~ish number and keep lifting those.
