already in agroprom and it's legit impossible to do anything with the npc aggro range cranked up to oblivion. the soldiers literally snipe you through bushes and instantly kill everything. i've noticed that npcs don't seem to drop loot either and im pretty sure that happens when an npc kills them... also npcs will instantly loot bodies, including mutants.
