That pic is from Cowboy Bebop, but this pic is from Dagashi Kashi. It's basically a show about a kid working at a candy shop and all of his friends and customers there. All of the recurring characters' families have their own small businesses in the countryside and their kids largely work at the companies, too. It's a really fun show and I laughed really hard many times watching it.
