A phone should have:
bluetooth AND a headphone jack
removable battery
removable storage and simcard
Hardware level DIP-switch for tinfoil shit like pinephone
1080p screen
The only thing that needs to really be flagship is the camera and the processor so it's not slow

Tell Sales to eat shit. Focus on these points, market it like oldschool iphones but cheap, easily disposable, but easy enough to use/fix that it's everyone's go-to. They will sell like candy.
