If more people actually enjoyed playing the game, there would be much less negative posts. The meta is fucking boring and there is no content. No one ever hosts lobbies or thread tourneys. Actual gameplay questions and conversations about tournaments (when they aren't airing) often go ignored. People writing pornographic fanfiction, sniffposts, and people seething at the game and game warring get more replies. Now, this is of course quite a bit in part due to how generals are and how modern 4chan is taken even less seriously than in the old days, but part of it is the game as well.
