The chart you're referring to doesn't agree. It surged and *then* they started leaving. Look down at the bottom of the chart, it goes by yearly quarters. First quarter of DT was higher than final quarter of EW. It surged, then tapered. Hope this helps! Quit arguing with visually simple data.
