Probably like a 4-5. If you're a grown ass man playing a female Lalafell I definitely make some negative assumptions about you for it off the bat, and I really don't like female Hrothgar or their playerbase at all. I wouldn't refuse to talk or befriend someone over these things but they're a hurdle.
