The only reason Mon3tr is as broken as she is is unironically because she's a summonable 6* Medic. Every 6* Medic with the exception of Shining (who still has her niche) and possibly Lumen have been busted to make them enticing to roll for a damage-focused fanbase like Arknights' (which ended with us getting an entire Medic subclass that deals damage + Kal'tsit and Mon3tr after experimenting with the concept of "Medic that deals damage" with picrel)
