ive been in moskov (2013) and Ukraine (2014-2016) and they are not even remotely comparable.
while ceenter moskov is a modern city, his outskirt are completely shitholes, often without sewage pipes.
in Ukraine you can go in the most remote butt hole and you will still find gas and sewage connection.
