IIRC the most movie accurate toys are the "signature collection" ones, they even having boxing that gives off the illusion of them being in-universe merch.

One thing I noticed though is that all irl Woody dolls have an open mouth while the one in the film has a closed mouth, so no Woody is completely movie-accurate.
