What's most interesting to me about this is that Diana's previous incarnation also should have been immortal like the others. My thoughts lead me to believe she was slain sometime between this event and where we are now to reincarnate into Diana. Maybe even as recently as the year Diana was born. The king didn't kill her, he works with the rest of the coven, so what happened?
