10 things we learned on Day 1 of Bears bussy training camp

(1) Johnson is pleased with how and when players have arrived for camp.

Quarterbacks and rookies were scheduled to report last Saturday, with the rest of the team due to show up Tuesday.

"We got half of them in for early training camp a few days ago and the other half are coming in today," Johnson said. "All of them are rippin'. They're ready to go, in shape. You can tell they've really taken the summer seriously, so I thank them for their time for doing that."
