What is in this cube? I've heard about some people thinking that the 3rd Temple (of the Jews) is gonna be built on this "holy site".

I need to know what is in here because it seems highly suspect that a bunch of muslims run around this thing all the time. Is it gonna be revealed that inside is the Worm from Dune or something? Thx for any info
