rural czech is shit but there's not much of a difference between prague and western europe when it comes to trans acceptance or at least "public indifference to visibly trans people" which is what you really want. i see twinkhons out and about often enough where i live and nobody seems to bother them. if anything you're more likely to get assaulted by browns who wandered over from germany or drunk british tourists on holidays than actual czech people.
