they arent permanent citzens its usually student visas or temporary residency visas then the indians start bringing their families with them they get work visas visit visas etc etc.
indians basically find loopholes in the system to escape their country. i can't shit(heh)talk them though since im a latinx physician and was planning on working in the US or Europe.
