>is the progress bar shared across all artifacts or do you work towards the various tiers on each individual artifact?
>do the 2 guaranteed reroll stats stack with the 2 guaranteed substat rolls if you reroll a crafted artifact?
>does obtaining the guaranteed 4 substat roll through two Advanced Reconfigurations reset your progress all the way to 0 or does it just go back to 6/6 meaning you've still spent enough dust to use the 3 substat reroller?
