I can think of two related issues with Murata's art specifically. One is that he isn't subtle about his bias towards the cast. Pet characters like the psychic sisters get their personality edges sanded-off and no longer shown in an unflattering light--his changes to this arc is evident enough. Sweek Mask, meanwhile, got shat on so much I have no idea how a straight adaptation would work. This is to the detriment of every character Murata writes. It doesn't help that they are allowed to grow beyond their pre-MA version either. Fubuki still pesters Saitama to join her group and Sonic is way behind Flash in the Ninja arc despite them fighting together on equal terms in WC.
The other one is more with the art style. Murata seems to have streamlined how characters are drawn. Most of them have lost their distinct facial features and sets of expressions as a result. You can look back to the S-class introduction chapter to see how off-model they have become and it hurts.
