Haven't been running in quite some years, lost contact to the girl that got me into running, alone it was no fun anymore, just kept going to the gym, when corona hit even stopped that and ballooned up to 130kg at 1,80m (5'11/280lbs or something in freedoom units).
Now want to get back into it.
Should I just try to "run", maybe at first fast walking and jog some parts of that and increase from there or are my knees going to explode anyways and I should lose weight first (maybe do some cycling etc. that is not as hard on the joints) to avoid injury?
