Regarding pull ups if you have the room you could buy some high parallettes and start with Australian pull ups (or the negative motion where you start with your chest close to the bar then slowly let go down to the bottom). Will come in handy down the line for other exercises like tricep dips as well. If you're fat you'll probably need to start with negtives.

You could also do hangs in that Australian pull up position as well to build up a bit of grip strength for regular dead hangs later on. I'm a weak dyel who hasn't really worked out properly for years and wanted to get into calisthenics so I recently started the routine detailed here -

Which is super entry level and working pretty well. I personally include the scapula + wrist stretches prior detailed in -

and then just do the main exercises in the first link for each day. No gear needed outside of a bar for pull ups or Australian pull ups which is addressed above (+something to do incline push ups and calf raises on e.g. stairs, a ladder, etc). If you can't do anything detailed for at least ~3 reps replace with an easier variant and work up to the original exercise.

>I still live with my parents and they cook a lot of the food for me still so I don't have control over the big portions they give me, I try to tell them to make it smaller but they don't listen to me
Living with fat parents is the worst. Regarding serving sizes if they refuse to make them smaller just leave food and avoid eating whatever garbage they get. And when you can move out ASAP. You can get healthy even you're living with fatasses but it's so, so much harder as they'll act like crabs in a bucket and try pull you down. Environment unfortunately does matter when it comes to achieving shit in life.
