Every breath given is a gift from god; feel free to thank your father in heaven for it. Know that your continued breaths are his gifts. He has yet to stop loving you. You are not alone. Be honest, fret not. Confess if you have something you keep within you; you don't have to be ashamed to ask for his help with it or anything; when life swirls about you and all threatens to envelop you; have faith; with god all things are possible. Go with Christ. Be just, love one another. Amen.
