The assumption is 4 copies with the starter rolls and lets you MLB after finishing the spark

The image shows exactly what she gets at which LB.
>Friendship bonus - How much stronger the training is when it's rainbow mode, higher is better
>Mood Effect - How much stronger the training is when you have great/good mood, higher is better
>Stat bonus - You get +1 more to the affected stat whenever it is affected by training facilities (i.e. +1 more power when training speed or power, this is before friendship or mood modifiers making it quite big)
>Training Effectiveness - This stat provides +X% better training as long as it shows up on the training itself (such as Kitasan showing up on stamina makes it 10% - 15% better)
>Initial Stat (higher is better but not super necessary)
>Initial Friendship gauge (higher is better, less clicks needed to rainbow)
>Race Bonus - Bonus stats on winning races, higher is better. You want to get around 34% race bonus in total from your entire deck but this isn't super necessary
>Fan Bonus - Good to have not really impt
>Hint Levels - Hints towards skills give this many levels
>Hint Frequency
>Specialty Prioritiy - How often this card shows up in their respective stat
>Skill Point Bonus - You want more skills for higher ratings
0LB is fine and its better than 0LB SRs. At most you can just bring it for the skill but at that point, just bring MLB kitasan as a support card. At 1 LB she gets power bonus, at 2LB it's just slightly better but where she becomes really good is at 3LB because of the tripled specialty priority, making her stick to speed more often than not. MLB makes her stick to speed like 33% of the time which is pretty big for consistency.
Any copy of Kitasan is closer to MLB in the future which lets you borrow something else that isn't Kitasan if you think of it that way
