the other guy did not say that racial composition dictated ideology. maybe he believes that, i don't fucking know. but you'd have to be insane or willfully deluded to think that racial-ethnic variables do not influence various existing, emerging, or composite ideologies. anybody that knows anything knows that one cannot take their racial uniform off completely, no matter how hard they try. this is the world we live in.
