noone in europe want to spent shit on weapons, they all try to weasel their way out by "relabeling" spending they have to do anyway as defense spending.
But its just to overplay the fact, they can't spent anything on defense,
a) they have no money, all EU countries are struggling with exploding debt.
b) they have no industry to support this spendings, it all would go abroad (the goal of the US)
c)relocating such huge sums will eat into other shit, leading to even more problems down the road, e.g. goymoney infrastructure is crumbling under their feet, only half of their bridges are "satisfactory" in less then a decade they will be on the same level as mutistan is now and they will go even further down the road.
