Yeah basically all Japanesians go to hell no doubt. How couldn't they when they believe that all humans receive the exact same afterlife, regardless of ANY of the choices they made in their lifetime. Their belief system doesn't instruct them to do evil or good at any step of the way, it just lays out the groundwork and allows the practitioner to do whatever they want with the information, and complacency is condonation so without explicitly yeah
