I don't know if you're memeing cuz nowadays he's a big punching bag but Kuro was unironically a great character for what he was. I'd take him over Kaido and Saturn's confused, dissappointing asses in a heartbeat. Also, Jango is one of the best crew members in the whole East Blue. Zoro and Usopp defeating him at the same time Luffy headutts Kuro is such a hype moment. Syrup town is really overhated.
