In the actual top-down camera angle you see in-game, the perspective makes her look like she has a massive ass. I know that's not reality, but there's at least more of a precedent for believing Lamb to have a huge ass than there is for her to have huge tits. Plus, she ACTUALLY has an insane hip to waist ratio, so a huge ass just makes sense.
