Multiple parts, it's the walker Deichgraf with 3 pylons, one which takes 90% less precision damage, one which takes 90% less AOE damage and one which grants reduced stability damage to the others. You can remove the 90% damage reduction buffs from their respective pylons if you bait the Deichgraf into using its AOE on them, but not the stability pylon which gains a huge def bonus.
The Deichgraf itself is extremely fragile; it takes heavily reduced damage if any pylon is still active, benefiting from all 3 pylon effects at once, so you need to kill the 3 pylons before you can kill the boss. Predictably, 416 can hit minimum 2 pylons, so you can use her to hit the boss, the stability and precision pylons before focusing on the AOE pylon after you have removed its buff.
