I've probably watched over 300 of those police body cam videos on YouTube at this point and I can tell you with absolute certainty that there is no such thing as escaping the American police force on foot or in a vehicle or under any other circumstances once they have intercepted and engaged you.

This man was intentionally allowed to escape, he will never be found.
