If most people fit in you'd see most people on the street talking to each other and hanging out constantly. But they don't, they ignore each other and treat strangers like shit. You don't have to fit in with everyone, just a select group and realistically a handful of people you work with. You don't even have to fully fit in, you can be "the quiet guy" on the team and that's acceptable. My point is that you can either adapt to your environment in ways that are beneficial without selling your soul. You can work with what you've got or you can be doompilled and give up. If you're absolutely convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that you will never, ever be accepted into normieworld then you need to find a way to exist adjacent to it. Invent something. Develop a skill they WANT and your personality won't matter. Be the smartest guy, the guy with the best results, the guy who starts his own enterprise and he can be a wealthy recluse like Howard Hughes.

If you can't be Howard Hughes, you've got two options: adapt or become a ranting piss-soaked hobo.
