It would impose automatic sanctions on all countries that do not prohibit Russian investment in their economies completely, impose 500% tariffs on all countries that engage in trade with Russia, and impose 500% tariffs on Russia, while simultaneously banning all trade with Russian citizens and businesses with Russian stockholders. In effect, almost all of the world's publicly traded corporations would be sanctioned.
