uhh are you implying you ate the cockroach rice first and then noticed that something is really wrong or did you notice before but it was already indistinguishable, it really depends on what type of house you live in and how humid is it but i guess if you're really stressed out you should just google some cockroach infestation preventive measures or uh look into other hard to reach spots in your kitchen and see if you can spot anything suspicious
