The sun can only be north of the east west line in areas south of 23.5°. Yet here on the 43rd degree, the sun is rising 10° north of it. I see it every morning lately.
I assume it must be some wobble introduced to Earth's normal tilt.
Either that or the sun is not what we think it is.
It looks different, it's hotter, like it's directly cooking me when I stand in its light. I'm not a young man, I know what the sun is like.... And it's not like this.
