Related with pointing down arrow mark Vita and Little Vitas (Phosphorus Representatives) mark placement is different compared Sa and Su (around chest instead neck). Also judging with Little Vitas mark, the bigger you are, the mark becoming smaller. I wonder this also apply for Mydei "Adam's apple shadow" judging by the lc.
