I can't do much about it for 2 main reasons.
First, thumbnail quality depends on the local setting of the anon scrolling down. Someone might not see it at all because it has autoplay on soundposts (and I would have also some questions about their sanity)
Second, as for the current OP img, the restrictions about soundposts (2min max; 4mb max) really cripple how I can work on it. Cutting resolution, size and bitrate are all common "tricks" to make the shit work.
Still re-made it with a more "zoomed" aspect ratio and a cut around 1 min, so I can have a tiny bit of extra quality, but not much. If you wanna try fiddle with it, download the karaoke and be my guest.
