I love how they objectify and idealize each other as their goddesses as a means of comfort to their pain, as an imaginary shared paradise just between the two of them. I love how they project their guardian's twisted "love" onto each other. I love how they're both suicidal but Mizi takes on the burden of living because Sua can't handle the grief of losing Mizi. I love how the survivor's guilt causes Mizi to question if her love wasn't strong enough. I love how they're symbolized as two broken halves of a heart trying to complete each other. I love how Sua feels jealous of the "love" Mizi receives from her guardian and her idealism which turns out to be a painful facade. I love how Sua holds Mizi's hands up to her neck and looks at her with her empty doll eyes to prepare her for her death. I love how Mizi questions how much she loves Sua as she cries to bed each night and commits terrorism from the grief and imagines them kissing in the wreckage. I love how Mizi villainizes herself as an exploitative seducer as she holds Sua so tenderly in her arms. I love how Sua is scared of her death but rehearses every day to give Mizi a big smile at the end. I love how Mizi envisions Sua as a bitter phantom haunting her for surviving selfishly when in reality the ghost of Sua is hugging and comforting her.
