Spot me a definition of Racism and don't be shy with the math and science, really gene, explore the space.

Define Racism:
Racism describes use of a model containing isolated information gain stored in its weights/transforms between observations of (such as but not limited to skin color and information that decides race) against $quality of a future prediction of named outcome, and then employing that model in an unknown case to decide how to optimize return for the sharing of limited resources. A genuine slur a real one so not like a word like nigger which never was a slur. A slur has to be something which is untrue. So "anti semitic" is a slur But "nigger" is not.

Notice how the racists in the US Media, recently found providing moral comfort to inward facing violent coups, gets this completely backwards. Only white people can be racist.
