I'm predicting the banner will be 3H + Fates.

The only Books that immediately got a summer banner after the conclusion of their story were 2,4, and 7. The only OC from Book 3 that could work got backpack'd to a side story OC. And the muscle girls of Book 5 are a niche taste. Reginn would be alright but she's gotta ditch the mech. 6 would have to be combined with 1.
If anything, IS will shove the Book 8 OCs on the Halloween banner if they wants Dragons and Beasts to continue holding Halloween hostage.
So while I'm predicting 3H + Fates, I suppose they could sneak in one character from a third game. Like make the duo unit be from a 3rd game while the rest of the banner + the prflet male TT axe infantry shitter are split between two games.
