Look all I know is yes, Tiny Toons did breed a special type of sperg. Tiny Toons premiered in the early 90s around the time when the Furry Fandom was coming out into the world, the first furry con starring in 89’. This was also the begging of early internet culture, before the days of search engines, people used Usenet and BBS forums to talk to one another, many of these early net users where tech savvy geeks who would talk about their geek hobbies, this included anime fans, sci-fi fans, and furry fans. This was also during the post-Rogger Rabbit and New Mighty Mouse Adventures era when animation was begging to go thru a Renaissance, Ren and Stimpy would come along later and create a whole new type of cartoon fan. By this time Furry art was already getting really pornographic, and it only intensified towards the end of the 90s, which led to anti-furry groups made by burned out furries.
All of this led to the autism that came out of the Tiny Toons fandom. One of the furries who would share Tiny Toons erotica was Dennis Falk. BUT the dude in OP’s pic IS NOT DENNIS, nor was he the one staking Tresa O’Neil, no that was another notorious Furry by the name of Captain Chipmunk, and even other furries acknowledged this.
