called my mom. she was worried about the market, wanted to know if she should sell. i asked if she needed money. she said no, so i said just keep holding. guess she's made a lot of money but she listens to too much news that says things are not good. reminded her about seasonality, told her several times about the july 4 effect, told her i didn't want her selling without me there to guide her, she agreed with that, and i'm glad she did. did warn her about selloffs but i told her i think the market will be higher by year's end, and i very much do. see a lot of good things brewing, this for instance, komp breaking out. she had no idea what i meant by that but she pretended to, and i think it comforted her a lot. gave her an update on my fitness and bragged that i hadn't smoked weed since she left, and she was really happy about that. was good to hear from her, but her allergies are getting to her, she sounded sick, she assured me she isn't though.
not everything is great though. i'm so gassy. all the food i've been eating, i'm weighing 170 lbs now and my appetite is unbelievable. still super-skinny obviously, but i'm going very hard at the gym and i'm hungry constantly now. didn't tell her that part, and it's nice to be alone for the bulking, nobody to offend with my flatulence.
anyways that's enough of that. gonna have some tea, get ready for my next movie. true grit if i can find it. love that movie so much, story about courage and redemption, all about doing the right thing in hard situations, when it's not easy to do so. great music too. if not maybe a musical, thinking the music man or i'll just watch my fair lady if i can't get either, i have that one recorded.
