I have noticed my nose cartilage getting stronger after trying to swallow a collagen peptide capsule and it get stuck in my throat, then the capsule dissolving and breathing out through my nose.

INB4 tons of models, etc. start snorting collagen peptides, but I think this may be a real effect.
