Noa is the kind of character that in any other setting would be a complete sociopath and super villain tier.
The whole "she is always observing everyone" could easily lead her into using that information as a weapon to manipulate and destroy other people.
Not to mention that her identity issues could also make her bitter and resentful as fuck.

In BA all these potential traits will still there will remain dormant as long Sensei is there to avoid shit hitting the fan.
I could easily see Noa turn into a really awful person if Sensei and Yuuka weren't around, like in those alt timelines from the PV.
