Like goddamn dude you have a perfectly normal set and then you can open Bolt, Fatal Push, Dark Ritual, Urza, Yawgmoth, fuckin Ragavan and Yuriko even. It mitigates it a bit since you're obviously not having decks as cohesive as normal constructed formats but. still.

Genuinely cannot fathom people who want this entire element deleted wholesale instead of just something non-retarded like just increasing the instance cap to what Eureka's was. BA instance prog was annoying too but not unmanageable and ciphers existing removes the entire portal annoyance. It's two steps forward and one enormous step back.
